Rachel: I’m telling you guys, we followed them out to a house in Westchester, the went in for like forty-five minutes and then they came out looking pretty happy!	レイチェル：ほんとだって。ウェストチェスターの家まで追いかけていったら、45分も家の中にいて、そのあと幸せそうに出てきたんだよ！
Joey: Chandler? Forty-five minutes? Well, something is not right. I just can’t believe he would do this to Monica!	ジョーイ：チャンドラーが？　45分も？　何か変だな。あいつがモニカを裏切るとは思えないんだけどなぁ。
Ross: I know, and with the baby coming?	ロス：あぁ、それに養子だってもうすぐ来るんだし。

[Scene: Monica and Chandler’s apartment. Monica is cleaning with a vacuum and then she cleans it with a dust buster. The guys enter the room.]	[モニカとチャンドラーのアパート。モニカが掃除機で掃除している。その後、掃除機を止め、もっと小さい掃除機でその掃除機を掃除し始める。チャンドラー以外のメンバーが入室。]

Joey: Hey, is uhm... is Chandler here?	ジョーイ：あ、チャンドラーはいる？
Monica: No, he’s picking up dinner, why, what’s up?	モニカ：いないよ。ディナーを買いに行っている。どうしたの？
Phoebe: Well, look, whatever happens, we’re here for you and we love you.	フィービー：何があっても、私たちはモニカの味方だし、モニカのことが好きだからね。

Phoebe: They went in together. So sorry.	フィービー：2人で家に入っていったの。残念ね…。
Monica: Oh my God! Oh my God that’s awful! What did you think of the house?	モニカ：そんな。そんなの酷いよ。その家どう思った？

Chandler: Yeah (motions them to sit and they do) I'm not having an affair. Nancy is our realtor.	チャンドラー：あぁ。　（みんなに座るようにジェスチャー、みんな座る）　俺は浮気なんかしてない。ナンシーは不動産仲介人だ。
Joey: I knew he couldn't be with a woman for 45 minutes!!	ジョーイ：やっぱりな！　お前が女と45分も一緒にいれるなんておかしいもん！！

Monica: Uhm, she has been showing us houses outside of the city.	モニカ：うーん、郊外の家を紹介してもらってるんだ。

Phoebe: Wha..? Again with the nature, what are you? Beavers?	フィービー：え？　自然を求めるなんて、あんたビーバー？

Joey: Is this because I come over here without knocking and eat your food? (Walks towards the fridge) Because I can stop doing that, (looks at the fridge) I really, really think I can!	ジョーイ：俺が勝手にお前らの食べ物食べるから？　（冷蔵庫に行く）　それなら止めるよ。　（冷蔵庫を見る）　止めるってば！
Chandler: (goes towards Joey) You know that's not the reason Joe. (Joey hugs him and after, he takes something from the fridge and puts it in his mouth. He goes back to where he was standing before)	チャンドラー：（ジョーイのところへ行く）　そんなのが理由じゃないよ。　（ジョーイはハグ。その後冷蔵庫から何かを取り出し、食べ始める。その後もとの場所に戻る）

Joey: It smells really bad in here.	ジョーイ：マジ変なにおいがするんだよ。
Phoebe: Well, of course it smells really bad. You have your head inside a turkey's ass!	フィービー：当たり前じゃん。動物の死骸に頭突っ込んでるのよ！

Joey: Hey, don’t get mad at us! No one forced you to raise the stakes!	ジョーイ：俺らに文句言うなよ！　誰も勝負は強制してないぜ！
Rachel: That is not true. She did! She forced me!	レイチェル：したよ！　モニカがした！
Monica: Hey, we would still be living here if hadn’t gotten the question wrong!	モニカ：あんたがあの問題間違えなきゃ勝ってたのよ！

Chandler: (To Monica) Wow! Listen, we had a good run. You know, what was it? Four? Five months? I mean, that's more than most people have in a lifetime! So, good-bye, take care, bye-bye then! (He kisses her and starts to climb out the balcony window)	チャンドラー：（モニカに）　あぁ、そろそろ逃げなきゃな。何ヶ月？　4？　5ヶ月か？　普通の人の人生より長いよな。じゃあな、俺は行くぜ！　（モニカにキスをしてベランダに逃げようとする）
Monica: (She opens the door.) Hey Ross. What's up bro?	モニカ：（ドアを開ける）　おっす、兄貴。何か用か？
(Ross spots Chandler and starts chasing him around the kitchen table. Chandler runs and hides behind Monica.)	ロスはチャンドラーを追いかけていく。チャンドラーは逃げまくり、モニカの後ろに隠れる。
Ross: What the hell are doing?!!	ロス：何をやってるんだ！！？
Rachel: (running from the guy's apartment with Joey in tow) Hey, what's-what's going on?!	レイチェル：（ジョーイとチャンドラーのアパートからジョーイとともに出てくる）　どうしたの！？
Chandler: Well, I think, I think Ross knows about me and Monica.	チャンドラー：うーん、どうやら、どうやら、ロスに俺とモニカのことがばれちゃったらしい。
Joey: (panicking) Dude! He's right there!	ジョーイ：（パニック）　おい！　ロスに聞こえてるって！
Ross: (To Chandler) I thought you were my best friend, this is my sister! My best friend and my sister! I-I cannot believe this!	ロス：（チャンドラーに）　親友だと思ってたのに！　妹とやるなんて！　親友が妹と！　もう信じられない！
Chandler: Look, we're not just messing around! I love her. Okay, I'm in love with her.	チャンドラー：別に遊びじゃないんだよ！　俺はモニカを愛してるんだ！　恋に落ちたんだよ。
Monica: I'm so sorry that you had to find out this way. I'm sorry, but iit-t's true, I love him too.	モニカ：こんな形になってごめん。でも、ほんとなの。チャンドラーを愛してるの。
(There's a brief pause.)	間
Ross: (happily) My best friend and my sister! I cannot believe this. (He hugs them both.)	ロス：（幸せそう）　親友と妹だぞ！　もう信じられないよぉ！　（2人をハグ）

Rachel: Funny, because I was just gonna go across the hall and write that on Chandler.	レイチェル：へぇ、奇遇ねぇ。チャンドラーに書いておこうと思ったとこよ。
Phoebe: Ok, you guys, I don’t mean to make things worse, but umm, I don’t want to live with Rachel anymore.	フィービー：あのさ、2人とも。状況を悪化させてたくはないんだけど…、レイチェルとは暮らしたくない…。
Monica and Rachel: What?!	モニカとレイチェル：え？
Phoebe: You’re just so mean to each other! And I don’t want to end up like that with Rachel. I still like you!	フィービー：2人とも意地悪なんだもん！　レイチェルは仲良くしたいのに。まだレイチェルのこと好きだよ。
Rachel: Well, Phoebe that’s fine because I’m not moving.	レイチェル：あー、別に大丈夫。私引っ越さないから。
Monica: Whoa-whoa-whoa, Phoebe you gotta take her! Y’know, I-I-I said some really bad stuff about her, but y’know Rachel has some good qualities that make her a good roommate. She gets tons of catalogs and umm, she’ll fold down the pages of the things she thinks that I’d like.	モニカ：え、え、え、フィービー連れてってよ！　その…、悪口は言ったけど、レイチェルもいい点があるのよ。いいルームメイトよ。カタログ一杯持ってるし、私が好きそうなページをチェックしといてくれるし。
Phoebe: What else?	フィービー：他には？
Monica: When I take a shower, she leaves me little notes on the mirror.	モニカ：私がシャワーしてるとき、ミラーに伝言書いといてくれるの。
Rachel: Yeah, I do. I-I do, do that.	レイチェル：うん。それ得意。
Phoebe: That’s nice. I like having things to read in the bathroom.	フィービー：いいわね。バスルームに読み物があるの好き。
Monica: When I fall asleep on the couch after reading, she covers me over with a blanket.	モニカ：私がソファーで寝ちゃったとき、毛布をかけてくれるの。
Rachel: Well y’know, I don’t want you to be cold.	レイチェル：風邪引いてほしくないから…。
Monica: And when I told her that I was gonna be moving in with Chandler, she was really supportive. (To Rachel) (Starts to cry) You were so great. You made it so easy. And now you have to leave. And I have to live with a boy!! (They both break down in tears.)	モニカ：チャンドラーと暮らすって言ったときも、ほんとに喜んでくれた…。　（レイチェルに）　（泣き出す）　ほんといい友達…。ほんとうまく進めた…。それなのに引っ越しちゃうなんて…、しかも私男と暮らすのよ！！　（泣き出す）

(Monica closes the door and slowly walks into Rachel’s old and now empty room.)	モニカはドアを閉める。元レイチェルの部屋に行く。
Chandler: (entering) Hey.	チャンドラー：（やってくる）　ねぇ。
Monica: She really left.	モニカ：ほんとに行っちゃった…。
Chandler: I know. (He kisses her.)	チャンドラー：そうだね。　（キス）
Monica: Thank you.	モニカ：ありがと。
Chandler: No problem roomie. (She turns around and hugs him.)	チャンドラー：うん。ルーミー（ルームメイト）。　（モニカは振り返りハグ）
Monica: Can I ask you a question?	モニカ：ちょっと質問していい？
Chandler: Sure!	チャンドラー：あぁ。
Monica: What the hell is that dog doing here?! (She notices the dog sitting in the living room.)	モニカ：なんであの犬が？　（犬が居間にいるのに気づく）

Chandler: Little toast here. I know this isn't exactly the kind of Thanksgiving that all of you all planned, but for me, this has been really great, you know, I think because it didn't involve divorce or projectile vomiting. Anyway, I was just thinking, I mean, if you'd gone to Vail, and if you guys'd been with your family, if you didn't have syphilis and stuff, we wouldn't be all together, you know? So I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm very thankful that all of your Thanksgivings sucked.	チャンドラー：乾杯するよぉ。確かに予定していた感謝祭とはちょっと違うけど、でも俺にとってはほんとにいい感謝祭だよ。離婚もなかったし、ゲロ砲もなかったし。まぁとにかく、スキーに行ってたら、もし親の家に帰ってたら、もし、性病に感染してなかったら、みんなここにはいなかっただろ？　だから、俺は感謝したい。君らの感謝祭が台無しになったことに。
All: That's so sweet.	みんな：いいこと言うじゃん。
Ross: And hey, here's to a lousy Christmas.	ロス：お、そうだ。クリスマスも台無しにしよう。
Rachel: And a crappy New Year.	レイチェル：ニューイヤーもね。
Chandler: Here, here!	チャンドラー：いえーい！
[Scene: We're back to the present. Chandler and Monica's. They're all still at the kitchen table.]	[現代に戻る。モニカとチャンドラーのアパート。みんなまだキッチンテーブルを囲んでいる。]
Rachel: You can't move. You just... you just can't.	レイチェル：引越しちゃだめよ。だって…、とにかくだめ。
Joey: Rachel's right. This is where you guys belong.	ジョーイ：レイチェルの言うとおりだぜ。こここそお前らのいるべき場所だよ。
Phoebe: Yeah, you don't wanna live in Westchester. That's like the worst of the Chesters.	フィービー：そうよ。ウェストチェスターなんかだめよ。最悪のチェスターよ。
Ross: You know, sometimes when I'm alone in my apartment, I look over here and you guys... are just having dinner or... watching TV or something, but... it makes me feel better. And now when I look over, who am I gonna see? The Gottliebs, the Yangs? They don't make me feel so good. (Joey pats Ross on his back)	ロス：あぁ、時々自分のアパートで一人のとき、2人を見てさ…、ディナーして、テレビ見て…、でも何かほっとしてたんだよ。でも引っ越したら誰を見ればいいんだよ？　ゴットリーブ家か？　ヤング家かよ？　あの家じゃほっとしないんだよ。　（ジョーイはロスの背中をポンと叩く）
Rachel: Yeah. So don't move, okay? Just stay here and... (nods towards Ross) maybe close your blinds at night.	レイチェル：そうよ。引越しちゃだめ。ここにいて…　（ロスの方を見て）　夜はブラインド閉めてさぁ。
(The phone rings and Chandler goes to get it)	電話が鳴り、チャンドラーが出る。
Chandler: Hello? It's Nancy, they responded to our offer.	チャンドラー：もしもし？　あ、ナンシー。もう返答あった？
Monica: And?	モニカ：返事は？
(Chandler listens to what Nancy says)	チャンドラーは聞く。
Chandler: (to Nancy) Okay, thanks... (to Monica) They passed. They said they wouldn't go a penny under the asking price.	チャンドラー：（ナンシーに）　分かった。ありがとう。　（モニカに）　ダメだった。向こうの値段からは1セントも譲れないってさ。
Monica: We can't afford that.	モニカ：そんなにお金ないよ。
Chandler: I know.	チャンドラー：あぁ。
Monica: Well, there you go.	モニカ：そうか。こうなっちゃったか。
(Chandler and Monica hug)	チャンドラーとモニカはハグ
Joey: I'm really sorry you guys.	ジョーイ：ほんとに残念だな。
Ross: Yeah. I'm sorry too. I'm even more sorry that that phone call didn't come before I told you about looking through the window.	ロス：あぁ。僕も残念だよ。僕が窓から見てる話の前に電話来ればよかったのに。
Rachel: Yeah, we're gonna let you be alone.	レイチェル：うん。私たち帰るね。
Phoebe: (to Monica) You're gonna be okay?	フィービー：（モニカに）　大丈夫？
Monica: Yeah, we'll be okay.	モニカ：うん。大丈夫。
Ross: Love you guys. (he kisses Monica, he, Rachel and Phoebe leave.)	ロス：応援してるよ。　（モニカにキス。ロス、レイチェル、フィービーは去る）
Joey: You know, I'm really sorry I wasn't more supportive before.	ジョーイ：あぁ、応援してやれなくてごめんな。
Chandler: That's okay, we understand.	チャンドラー：あぁ、そんなのいいんだよ。
Joey: And about this Nancy thing... If you're not sleeping with her, should I?	ジョーイ：で、ナンシーの件だけど…、ナンシーって誰かと付き合ってる？
(Chandler gives Joey her business card, which he eagerly grabs and he leaves.)	チャンドラーはジョーイに名刺を渡す。ジョーイはそれを取り、去っていく。
Monica: I know there'll be other houses, but it's just so... I love that one so much.	モニカ：他にもいい家があるよ。でも…、あの家ほんとによかったのに。
Chandler: Yeah... Well, it's a good thing we got it then.	チャンドラー：あぁ…、ほんと買えてよかったよ。
Monica: What?	モニカ：え？
Chandler: We got the house.	チャンドラー：俺らゲットしたよ。
Monica: Oh my God!	モニカ：えー！
Chandler: I just didn't want to tell you in front of them.	チャンドラー：みんなの前だから言えなかったんだよ。
Monica: Oh my God! My God! We've got the house !?	モニカ：やったぁ！　ほんとに！　ほんとに家が手に入ったの！？
Chandler: We're getting the house. (they hug) We're getting the house.	チャンドラー：あぁ、ほんとだよ。　（2人はハグ）　家が手に入ったんだ！
Monica: And a baby...	モニカ：あと養子も…。
Chandler: We're growing up.	チャンドラー：俺ら成長してるな。
Monica: We sure are.	モニカ：そうね。
Chandler: So who's gonna tell them?	チャンドラー：で、誰があいつらに言おう？
Monica: (quickly) Not it!	モニカ：（すばやく）　その話だめ！
Chandler: Not it! Damn it!	チャンドラー：そうだな！

Monica: I know.	モニカ：うん。
Ross: I love this. (he got a sweater)	ロス：これ好きなんだよ。　（セーター）
Joey: A meatball Sub? Thanks! (he got a meatball sandwich)	ジョーイ：おぉ、サブウェイミートボールサンド！　ありがとー！
Ross: Seriously you guys, what's going on? What are these for?	ロス：ほんとにさ、どうしたんだ？　何のプレゼントだよ？
Chandler: Well, I didn't know how to tell you before, but... We got the house.	チャンドラー：うーん、何て言ったらいいのかわからないけど…、家をゲットしたぜ。
