Rachel: I know, it's huge, and it's scary, and it's... really far, far away from you guys, but this is such an incredible opportunity for me. Monica: Seriously, you don't think we should tell him?	モニカ：本気で？　言わないほうがいい？

Chandler: Unless Snoopy says it to Charlie Brown, I think we're okay.	チャンドラー：スヌーピーがチャーリー・ブラウンに伝達しなきゃ大丈夫だよ。
[Scene: Ralph Lauren. Mr Zelner's office. Ross knocks on the door and enters.]	[ラルフ・ローレンのゼルナーの部屋。ロスがノックして入室。]
Mr Zelner: May I help you?	ゼルナー：何か御用ですか？
Ross: Yeah, I'm a friend of Rachel Green's. Uhm, actually we met at the Christmas party about two years ago.	ロス：はい。レイチェル・グリーンの友人です。えーと、2年前のクリスマスパーティーでお会いしましたよね。
Mr Zelner: Oh right, uhm, Don?	ゼルナー：えーと…、ドンさんでしたっけ？
Ross: Close. Ron. (shakes hands)	ロス：惜しいですね。ロンです。　（握手）
Mr Zelner: Uh... What can I do for you?	ゼルナー：で、どのような御用で？
Ross: Uhm, well... I'm here to see if you'll give Rachel her job back.	ロス：えーとですね…。レイチェルの首を取り消していただけないかと思いましてね。
Mr Zelner: Ah, did she ask you to come here and do this?	ゼルナー：なるほどね。レイチェルに頼まれたんですか？
Ross: Oh, no. At first I have to get you to agree. Then we'll see if she wants to come back.	ロス：ち、違いますよ。まず僕があなたを説得して、レイチェルに戻りたいかどうか聞くんです。
Mr Zelner: Wow, that is tempting.	ゼルナー：んー、魅力的な話だ。
Ross: Look, she loved her job here. And let's face it: you're not gonna find anyone who did it as well as she did it. Isn't that true?	ロス：レイチェルはほんとにここの仕事が気に入ってまして。考えてみてくださいよ。レイチェルほど優秀な人はなかなか難しいんじゃないですか？
Mr Zelner: She is good!	ゼルナー：確かに彼女は優秀だな。
Ross: (surprised) Huh, I took a shot there.	ロス：（びっくり）　へぇ、言ってみるもんだな。
Mr Zelner: But I'm sorry. There's nothing I can do... Ah, it's not true, there is... nothing I want to do.	ゼルナー：でも残念ですが、私には何もできないんですよ。いや、その表現は正しくないな。何もしたくないんです。
Ross: I see... Thanks very much. (he gets up and walks to the door. On his way out he looks at the photographs Mr Zelner has near his door. He picks one up.) Is this your son?	ロス：そうですか…。どうもありがとうございました。　（ドアの方へ歩いていく。途中でゼルナーの息子が映っている写真を発見し、それを手に取る）　息子さんですか？
Mr Zelner: Yeah, his name is Ross. (Ross looks very surprised) What?	ゼルナー：あぁ。息子のロスだ。　（ロスはとてもびっくり）　どうしました？
Ross: Oh, nothing, it's just, it's close to Ron. Does he.. Does little Ross like dinosaurs by any chance?	ロス：いや、別に。その…、ロンに似てますね。で、そのロス君は恐竜が好きだったりします？
Mr Zelner: Yeah, they're all he talks about, why?	ゼルナー：そうですね。いつも恐竜の話ばかりしてますけど？
Ross: How would he like to come with me to the Museum of Natural History after everyone else has left, just the two of us, and he can touch anything he wants. (Mr. Zellner looks shocked). I just heard it as you must have heard it and that's not good. Let me start again. I'm a paleontologist, you'll be there with us and the touching refers only to bones… fossils!	ロス：そのロス君、自然史博物館に行きません？　みんなが去った後、僕と二人っきりでロス君が触りたいものを好きなだけ触れますよ。　（ゼルナーはびっくり）　えーと、自分の言ったことを考えてみると、変な感じですね。もう一度最初から言いますね。僕は古生物学者なんです。ゼルナーさんも一緒にどうぞ。触るっていったのは骨のことで…、いや化石のことです！
Mr Zelner: You can really arrange that?	ゼルナー：アレンジしてくれるんですか？
Ross: You let Rachel come back, and it's done.	ロス：レイチェルの首を取り消すんなら、お安い御用です。
Mr Zelner: Well, I guess having Rachel back wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.	ゼルナー：そうですね、レイチェルの首を取り消すってのは世界の災害ってわけでもないですし。
Ross: Yeah! Yes! Thank you! This is great. Thank you so much. And I swear, your kid is going to have the time of his life.	ロス：そうですよ！　ありがとうございます！　よかったよかった。絶対に息子さん気に入りますよ。
Mr Zelner: That's great. I worry about little Ross. He's always reading, he's collecting rocks and he's obsessed with dinosaurs.	ゼルナー：それはよかった。ちょっとロスのこと心配してたんですよね。いっつも本読んでばかりだし、石集めたり、恐竜にばっか夢中になってるし。
Ross: He'll be fine.	ロス：絶対大丈夫です！
[Scene: Central Perk. Phoebe's reading, Joey has just entered the room]	[セントラルパーク。フィービーが本を読んでいる。ジョーイが入ってくる。]
Joey: Hey Phoebe.	ジョーイ：おっす、フィービー。
Phoebe: Hey. Everything ok?	フィービー：おっす。大丈夫？
Joey: I'm just mad at my agent.	ジョーイ：エージェントに怒ってるんだ。
Phoebe: Estelle? Why?	フィービー：エステル？　何で？
Joey: There's a part in a TV movie that I would be perfect for and I didn't even be put up for it! She'd better have a good reason.	ジョーイ：俺にぴったりな役のオーディションがあったのにさ、全然手配してくれなかったんだ！　よっぽっどの理由がなきゃ許せねぇよ！
Phoebe: I'm guessing she does.	フィービー：まぁよっぽっどの理由だろうね。
Joey: Well (taking his cell phone out of a pocket) I'm wanna hear it, because she keeps doing this.	ジョーイ：あぁ。　（携帯を取り出す）　本人から聞かないとな。エステル最近ずっとこうだからな。
Phoebe: Well, no, no, wait, wait, wait. All right, I gotta go. Just listen. Promise me, that you will wait a minute before you call her.	フィービー：あ、ダメダメ。待って、待って。私帰らなきゃ。あのさ、約束して。エステルに電話するまで1分待ってね。
Joey: Ok. Why?	ジョーイ：あぁ。でも何でだ？
Phoebe: Because a promise between friends means never having to give a reason. (she leaves)	フィービー：だって、友達同士の約束には理由なんて要らないのよ。　（去る）

(Phoebe is outside, taking her cell phone out of her bag and making a call. Joey is inside, and his mobile phone starts ringing).	フィービーがセントラルパークの外にいる。携帯電話をバックから取り出し、電話をする。ジョーイが中にいる。ジョーイの携帯が鳴る。
Joey: Hello?	ジョーイ：もしもし？
Phoebe (doing Estelle): Joey, it's Estelle.	フィービー（エステルのまね）：ジョーイ、エステルよ。
Joey: I was just gonna call you! That's weird.	ジョーイ：おぉ！　今電話するところだったんだ！　変なの。
Phoebe-Estelle: It's a little coincidental, but believable. (Joey nods in agreement). Listen, I'm sure you're wondering why I didn't get you an audition for that TV movie.	フィービー：ちょっとぁ偶然っぽいけど、ありえることよー。　（ジョーイはうなずく）　あんたなんで私がオーディションゲットできなかったかって思ってるでしょ。
Joey: Yeah, actually I am!	ジョーイ：あぁ。そうだよ！
Phoebe-Estelle: I guess I dropped the ball there. Whoopsie!	フィービー：ちょっと何かしくじっちゃったのよねー。おっと！
Joey: That's it? You know, it seems all you do lately is drop the ball.	ジョーイ：は？　それだけ？　最近あんたはいっつもそればっかりじゃねぇか。
Phoebe-Estelle: Don't take that tone with me. Who you think you are? Alan Lemond, the first black man to fly solo across the Atlantic?	フィービー：私に口答えするんじゃないよ。あんた自分を誰だと思ってんの？　大西洋を一人で渡った最初の黒人のアラン・レモンドのつもりかい？

Phoebe-Estelle: What are you saying?	フィービー：何が言いたいのよ？

Phoebe: Man, tough week for Estelle!	フィービー：あーあ、今週はエステル大変だわ！
[Scene: Joey's apartment. Rachel's there and Ross enters the room with a stuffed dinosaur]	[ジョーイのアパート。レイチェルがおり、ロスが恐竜の人形を持って入ってくる。]
Ross: Hi.	ロス：おす。
Rachel: Hi.	レイチェル：おす。
Ross: Emma left her stuffed t-rex at my house. You know she can't sleep without it.	ロス：エマがTレックスの人形を家に忘れてったよ。エマはこれがないと眠れないからね。
Rachel: Oh, well, she's asleep now. Stop forcing that thing on her.	レイチェル：うーん、今寝てるけど。恐竜を強要しちゃダメよ。
Ross: Ok.	ロス：分かったよ。
Rachel: Oh, you're not gonna believe what happened to me today! Ralph Lauren called, and gave me my job back!	レイチェル：あ、そうそう！　今日何が起こったと思う！？　ラルフ・ローレンから電話が会ってさ、首を取り消すってさ！
Ross: Nooo!	ロス：うっそー！
Rachel: Yee. I mean, it was so weirdest thing. They fired me and then out of nowhere they just hire me back! I mean, that place must have been falling apart without me.	レイチェル：ほんとよー。ほんとに変よねぇ。私を首にしといて、突然取り消しよ！　きっと私がいないとやってけないってのに気づいたのね！
Ross: So, you're not going to Paris.	ロス：じゃあパリには行かないんだね。
Rachel: No, I'm still going.	レイチェル：んーん、行くよ。
Ross: Wh… wh…what?	ロス：え、え、えぇー！？
Rachel: When the Louis Vuitton people found out that Ralph Lauren wanted me back, the offered me more money! Isn't that great?	レイチェル：ルイ・ヴィトンの人が首取り消しを聞いたらさ、昇給するって言ってきたのよ！　もうすごくない！？
Ross: Yeeeah! (They high-five)	ロス：い、いえーい！　（ハイタッチ）
[Scene: house next to the one the Bings are moving into. Chandler and Monica knock, a lady opens the door.]	[モニカとチャンドラーが買う予定の家の隣の家。チャンドラーとモニカがノックすると女性が出てくる。]
Monica: Hi. We're buying the house next door, and we were wondering if we could just take a look around.	モニカ：こんにちは。隣の家を買う者なんですが、ちょっと中を見せていただけないかと思いまして。
Lady: Oh, sure. I'm showing it to someone else right now, but please, look around.	女：どうぞどうぞ。今、他のお客様がご覧になっていますが、どうぞご覧になってください。

Chandler: It feels like we're cheating on our house. And if we're gonna cheat, shouldn't it be with like a hot, younger house, that does stuff that our house won't do?	チャンドラー：何かこれじゃ浮気してるみたいだよ。浮気するんなら、もっとホットで若い家にすべきじゃない？　俺らの家ができないようなことができるような。
Monica: Ours is so much better! This living room is smaller, the dining room looks like a cave! What a hole!	モニカ：うちのほうがずっといいじゃん！　リビング狭いし、このダイニングなんかまるで洞穴みたい！　まるで独房ね！

Joey: I don't know. She's got to be taking it hard, I was like her only client. Except for this guy who eats paper. And I'm guessing he eats more money than he makes. Look, I know she's not a great agent, but she did stick with me for ten years. Joey: I promise. And that means, never having to give a reason. (Phoebe stops herself from laughing and leaves)	ジョーイ：あぁ、約束だ。そして、友達の約束には理由なんかいらないんだよね。　（フィービーは笑うのを止め、去る）
[Scene: The house Monica and Chandler are viewing. Janice comes down the stairs.]	[モニカとチャンドラーが見ている家。ジャニスが階段から降りてくる。]
Janice: What a small world!	ジャニス：世界って小さいわねぇ！
Chandler: And yet I never run into Beyonce!	チャンドラー：それなのにビヨンセにあったことないな！
Realtor: You two know each other?	不動産屋：お知り合いですか？
Janice: Oh, we go way back. Before Monica made an honest man out of him, Chandler used to be my little love muffin! (does her irritating laugh). So? Are you guys thinking of getting this house too? Ooh! Are we gonna have a bidding war? I'd better warn you, I'm a toughie (playfully punches Chandler, who tries to get away from her)	ジャニス：もう腐れ縁よー。モニカがこの人から悪魔を抜き取るまではねぇー、チャンドラーは私の愛のマフィンちゃんだったのよぉ！　（ジャニス笑い）　で？　この家買おうとしてるの？　あ！　ってことは競争かな？　言っとくけど、私は強いわよぉ。　（冗談でチャンドラーを軽くパンチ。チャンドラーは避ける。）
Chandler: (at Janice's punching) Don't, don't! (looks disgusted)	チャンドラー：（ジャニスのパンチに）　やめろ！　やめろ！　（嫌がってる）
Monica: No, actually, we're buying the house next door. (Janice gasps)	モニカ：買わないわよ。隣の家を買うの。　（ジャニスは息をのむ）
Chandler: (To Monica and with bulging eyes) Why!?	チャンドラー：（モニカにびっくりした目で）　何で言うんだよ！？
Monica: (looks confused and scared) I don't know why.	モニカ：（困惑）　な、何で私言っちゃったんだろ。
Janice: Ooh, that decides it then. I was on the fence. But knowing that you two would be our neighbors? Ah! now we have to get it! (Chandler and Monica are utterly shocked) Ellen, we're going to talk numbers. (Grabs Ellen by her elbow and pulls her outside)	ジャニス：うわぁ、それだったら買わなきゃ！　私迷ってたんだけどさ。2人がお隣さんになるんだったら、もう買うっきゃないっしょ！　（チャンドラーとモニカは大ショック）　エレンさん、数字の話しましょ。　（エレン（不動産屋）の肘をつかみ、外に出て行く）
Chandler: This can not be happening!	チャンドラー：こりゃ夢に違いない！
Monica: Okay, the realtor said another couple made an offer. Maybe the Janice's won't get it! Maybe the other couple will.	モニカ：不動産屋が他にも申込者がいるって言ってたじゃん。ジャニスがこの家買うって決まったわけじゃないでしょ！　ほかの申込者が買うよ！
Chandler: The only way that that is going to happen, is if the other couple are the Hitlers.	チャンドラー：そんなのな、ヒットラー家じゃなきゃ対抗できないぜ。
Monica: (Thinks a little more) Okay, Okay, (clapping her hands) All right. What if we got both houses? Huh? We can turn this house into a guest house.	モニカ：（ちょっと考える）　よし、そうだ。　（手を叩く）　じゃあ私たちが両方の家買っちゃえばいいじゃん。こっちの家は客室にしよう。
Chandler: That is a great idea! And by the way, I don't mean to sound distasteful, but when did you start crapping money!?	チャンドラー：そりゃ素晴らしいアイデアだ！　ところでｓ、気分を害すつもりはないんだが、君はいつから金を作り出すようになったんだ！？
Monica: Okay, you come up with an idea.	モニカ：じゃあ、あなたが考えてよ。
Chandler: Alright alright, we still have three hours till escrow closes on our house. We can still get out.	チャンドラー：よし、そうだ。まだあの家を買ったわけじゃない。取り消せばいいじゃん。
Monica: But we love our house.	モニカ：でもあの気に入ってるじゃん。
Chandler: Will we love it so much with her next door? And she's gonna be louder out here too. Just the crickets and (apes Janice's voice) "Oh My God"!	チャンドラー：ジャニスが隣にいてもか？　あいつはここに来たらもっとうるさくなるぞ。コオロギ見ただけで　（ジャニスの真似）　ヤダ、ウソ、マジ！？
Monica: Okay, but if we don't get this house, she's stil gonna show up wherever we go! I mean, at least if she's here, it eliminates the element of suprise. I mean, never again will you have to hear the three words that make your balls jump back up inside your body. (She shows this with her index finger, mimicking it pushing something up)	モニカ：じゃあ、この家買わなくったていいわよ。どっちにしろどこに行ってもジャニスとは会っちゃう運命なのよ！　だから、お隣さんなら、もういつ会っても驚かなくなるわよ。もう"あの台詞"を聞かなくていいのよ。そうすればあなたの玉も身体に引っ込まなくてもいいでしょ！　（人差し指を使って説明する）
Chandler: (looks afraid, but at the same time, knows she's right) Well, we have to do something. We can't have her living next door. (Janice's laughs loudly outside) Oh, that does it too. (Motions with his index finger like Monica did)	チャンドラー：（ちょっと怖がるがモニカが正しいことは分かってる）　でもどうにかしなきゃ。ジャニスが隣に住んでるなんて嫌だよ。　（ジャニスのでっかい笑い声が外から聞こえてくる）　あー、ほんとに来たよ。　（人差し指を使ってジェスチャー）
[Scene: Mr. Zellner's office. There is a knock on the door.]	[ゼルナーの部屋。ノック音。]
Mr Zelner: Who is it?	ゼルナー：どなたですか？
Ross: (enters) It's me. Ron. (Mr. Zellner looks annoyed) Look, I um, I now Rachel turned you down but I think there is a way you might be able to get her to come back.	ロス：（入室）　僕です。ロンです。　（ゼルナーは不快な顔）　あのですね、レイチェルが断ったみたいですけど、レイチェルを連れ戻すいい方法がありますよ。
Mr Zelner: This may surprise you, but re-hiring fired employees, is not my main job.	ゼルナー：驚くかもしれないが、首になった従業員を再雇用することは私の主要な仕事ではないのだが。
Ross: Just hear me out. How would you feel about offering her a raise? (looks hopeful)	ロス：まぁ聞いてくださいよ。昇給を提案するんですよ。　（期待している表情）
Mr Zelner: (obviously not amused) Not good, Ron.	ゼルナー：（無反応）　だめだね。ロン。
Ross: Perhaps I can persuade you. What if you can give your son this (Takes a huge egg out of his back) genuine pterodactyl egg (whispers) replica.	ロス：じゃあこれならどうですか？　息子さんにこれを　（でっかい玉子をバッグから出す）　本物の翼手竜の玉子　（小さい声で）　のレプリカ。
Mr Zelner: (Takes a long look at the egg while he considers it) Wow, that's pretty cool (Takes the egg from Ross)	ゼルナー：（じっくりと玉子を見ながら考える）　んー、これはいいものだな。　（ロスから玉子を受け取る）
Ross: Huh? So? We have a deal?	ロス：で？　どうです？　取引成立？
Mr Zelner: Okay, you got it.	ゼルナー：分かった。取引成立だ。
Ross: Yes! yes!	ロス：よし！　よっしゃ！
Mr Zelner: This is gonna make me very popular.	ゼルナー：これで私も人気者だな。
Ross: Oh, (grins) Believe me, the ladies, they love it!	ロス：そうですよ。　（笑顔）　もちろんですよ。女の子が放っておきませんよ！
Mr Zelner: (looks at Ross, for a long moment, confused) I meant with my son.	ゼルナー：（ロスをじーっと見る。困惑）　息子に人気者になるって言ったんだが。
Ross: Good, 'cause the ladies, not so much. (shakes his head, give him a thumbs up and leaves)	ロス：そうですか。よかった。女性はあんまりそういうの好きじゃありませんから。　（頭を振って、親指をピンと立て去っていく）
[Scene: Joey's apartment. He walks in reading his mail, and plays back his messages on the answering machine]	[ジョーイのアパート。ジョーイが手紙を読みながら入ってくる。留守番電話を再生させる。]
Answering machine: Joey, this is Al T. Booker, (Looks annoyed that he called him) the guy who eats paper. I'm sure you've heard that Estelle passed away. (Looks shocked) I wanted to let you know there's a memorial for her at the Westside chapel, tomorrow at ten. Hope you can make it.	留守番電話：ジョーイ、アル・ティー・ブッカーだ。　（ジョーイはちょっとイラついた表情を見せる）　紙を食う男だ。エステルが亡くなったってのは聞いたよな。　（ジョーイはショック）　明日10時からウェストサイド礼拝堂で告別式がある。来れたら来てくれ。
Joey: Oh my God. (Still in shock when his mobile rings, he picks it up) Hello?	ジョーイ：そんなぁ…。　（ショックを受けている。携帯が鳴り出し、出る）　もしもし？
Phoebe: (on the other side of the line, still pretending to be Estelle) Joey, it's Estelle. (Joey's eyes bulge up, he looks afraid)	フィービー：（エステルの真似）　ジョーイ、エステルよ。　（ジョーイの目がでっかくなり、怖がっている）
Joey: Estelle?	ジョーイ：エステル？
Phoebe: Yeah, I wanted to call and tell you that there's no hard feelings for firing me.	フィービー：そーよ。この前首にしたことは気にしてないからね。
Joey: (still scared) Ok-ay. I just, I can't believe you're calling me?	ジョーイ：（まだ怖がってる）　は、はい…。その…、あんたから電話が来るとは信じられないよ。
Phoebe: Well, I didn't think I should just drop by...	フィービー：あぁ、でもわざわざ家に行くのも…
Joey: No, no, no! (Starts looking around the room, terrified) Don't drop by, don't drop by!	ジョーイ：ダメダメダメ！　（周りを見回し、怖がる）　家に来ないで！
Phoebe: Anyway, you did what you had to do. I'm okay.	フィービー：まぁとにかく、あんたは自分のやるべきことをやっただけ。私は大丈夫。
Joey: Can I ask you something? Uhm, what's it like there?	ジョーイ：ちょっと聞いてもいい？　あのー、そこってどんな感じなの？
Phoebe: (Looks around) It's alright. Look kiddo, I gotta go. Good luck with the career. You're gonna be huge.	フィービー：（周りを見る）　別に普通よ。あ、そろそろ行かなきゃ。あんたのキャリアに幸運を祈ってるよ。大物になるんだよ。
Joey: Thanks for everything Estelle. Bye. (Hangs up and reads the phone display) "out of area". Boy, I'll say.	ジョーイ：いろいろとありがとうなエステル。バイバイ。　（電話を切り、携帯の画面を見る）　"圏外"。うわぁ、そりゃそうだよな。
[Scene: The house next door to Chandler and Monica's new house. Chandler is pacing worriedly through the living room when Janice enters.]	[チャンドラーとモニカが買う予定の家の隣の家。チャンドラーが心配そうにリビングをうろうろしている。]
Janice: Well... I just talked to Sid, we are definitely putting in an offer on the house... a-a-and I'll bet we get it.	ジャニス：シドと話したんだけどさ、この家に申し込むことにしたわ。んーで、うちらが買う予定よ。
Chandler: The Hitlers will be so disappointed.	チャンドラー：ヒットラーさんはきっとがっかりするだろうね。
Janice: All right, I got to run. Tell Monica I say goodbye. And... I'll see you later, neighbor. (Janice laugh)	ジャニス：さてと、そろそろ帰らなきゃ。じゃ、モニカによろしく。じゃ…、また後で。お隣さん。　（ジャニス笑い）
Chandler: Wait! I just want you to know that... I'm so happy you're going to be here.	チャンドラー：待て！　これだけは言っておきたいんだが…、君がここに住むことになってとても嬉しいよ。
Janice: Oh, me too... (laughs)	ジャニス：あら、私もよ…　（笑う）
Chandler: Because... that way... we can pick up where we left off.	チャンドラー：だって…、この前の続きができるからな。
Janice: Huh?	ジャニス：は？
Chandler: I never stopped loving you.	チャンドラー：君を愛することがやめられないんだ。
Janice: Oh... my...	ジャニス：ウソ…、ヤダ…
Chandler: Yeah, yeah, yeah! I want you... I need you... I must have you Janice Litman Goralnik Neihosenstein.	チャンドラー：ハイハイハイ！　君がほしい…、君が必要なんだ…　君がほしいんだ、ジャニス・リットマン・ゴラルニック・ニオセンステイン。
Janice: Chandler, what are you talking about?	ジャニス：チャンドラー、何言ってるのよ？
Chandler: Now that you live next door, we can be together every day. Sid and Monica never have to know a thing.	チャンドラー：君が隣に住んだら、俺らは毎日会える。シドとモニカにはばれずにね。
Janice: I don't know what to say... I mean, you know, obviously we have this... heat between us.	ジャニス：なんて言ったらいいか…　そりゃ、明らかに、私たちの間には…　まだ熱愛があるけど。
Chandler: (stunned) Obviously.	チャンドラー：（びっくり）　明らかに…
Janice: But I love my husband. And I know you love your wife. Now, I don't think we should get this house now.	チャンドラー：でも私は夫を愛してるの。それにあなたはモニカを愛してる。そんなんじゃこの家を買えないわ…。
Chandler: Don't say that. Don't tangle the dream and take it away.	チャンドラー：そんなこと言うなよ。夢をごちゃごちゃにして、取り去らないで。
Janice: Chandler, one of us has got to be strong.	ジャニス：チャンドラー。私たち強くならなきゃ。
Chandler: I understand.	チャンドラー：分かってる。
Janice: Although, maybe just... one last moment of weakness... (she kisses Chandler flat on the mouth. Chandler squirms. When she's finished, he looks at her lovingly but uneasily.) Goodbye Chandler Bing. (She leaves)	ジャニス：でも…、一瞬だけなら…　（チャンドラーにキスをする。チャンドラー身をよじらせる。キスが終わると、チャンドラーはジャニスを愛しているように見るが、変な感じ）　じゃあね…、チャンドラー・ビング…。　（去る）
Chandler: (speaking as in pain) They're never coming down now.	チャンドラー：（苦痛にまみれながら）　玉が戻ってこない。
[Scene: Ross's apartment. Ross is working on his laptop when Rachel enters with Emma.]	[ロスのアパート。ロスがノートパソコンをいじっている。レイチェルがエマをつれてくる。]
Rachel: Hi!	レイチェル：おっす！
Ross: Hey!	ロス：おっす！
Rachel: You are never going to believe what happened to me today.	レイチェル：今日何が起こったと思う？
Ross: What?	ロス：何？
Rachel: Ralph Lauren called again and they offered me more money.	レイチェル：ラルフ・ローレンからまた電話が来てさ、昇給するってさ。
Ross: They did?	ロス：ほんとー！？
Rachel: Yeah. It was the weirdest thing. Zelner called me and he said we'll do everything we can to get you back. And that I should thank some Ron... I don't even know what department that guy's in.	レイチェル：うん。もうほんと変な話よね。ゼルナーさんから電話があってさ、私を連れ戻すために何でもするって言うのよ。ロンって人がいろいろやってくれたみたいなんだけどねぇ。そんな人知らないけど。
Ross: So, what are you gonna do?	ロス：で、どうするの？
Rachel: Well, I took it.	レイチェル：引き受けたわよ。
Ross: That's great! So you're staying in New York!	ロス：やったじゃん！　じゃあニューヨークにとどまるんだ！
Both: YAY! WHOO! YAY!	2人：イエーイ！
Ross: You're excited, right?	ロス：君も喜んでるでしょ？
Rachel: (hesitant) Ye-ah. Yeah! You know, the money's great. It's certainly the easier choice...	レイチェル：（ちょっとためらう）　うん。うん。もうすごい給料だからね。こっちのほうが簡単な選択しだし…
Ross: Right!	ロス：そうだよ！
Rachel: Yeah, you know, was I looking forward to going to Paris? Sure. You know, was I excited about working in the fashion capital of the world? Ooh, absolutely... Oh...! Yeah, but you know, this is... it's fine. I'm fine going back to a job where I've pretty much gotten everything out of that I possibly can... (she sits down, and Ross who is stunned to hear all this follows her example)	レイチェル：うん。パリに行くことは確かに楽しみにしてたかけどさぁ。それにファッションの本場で働くのだってもちろん楽しみにしてたよ。んー、でも…、でもいいのよ。もうラルフ・ローレンでの仕事はやりつくしたって感じはしてるけどさぁ。　（レイチェルは座る。ロスはショック）
Ross: Uhm, I hadn't no you... I had no idea you were so excited about Paris. Uhm, I mean, you said you were scared.	ロス：そうだったんだ…。君がそんなにパリに行くことを楽しみにしてたなんて知らなかったな。君は怖いって行ってたじゃん。
Rachel: Well yeah, but I mean, it was good scared though, you know? Like when I-moved-to-New-York scared. Or uhm, when I-found-out-I-was-gonna-have-Emma scared... But this is... fine. This is gonna be good. (they both stare around)	レイチェル：うん。でもその、いい意味でよ。私がニューヨークに来たときもそうだったわよ。エマを産むことになるって分かったときも怖かったわ。でも…、いいのよこれで…。　（2人は周りを見回す）
Ross: (after a long pause) You should go.	ロス：（しばらく考える）　行くべきだよ。
Rachel: What?	レイチェル：え？
Ross: It's what you want. You should go.	ロス：それが希望なんだろ。だったら行くべきだよ。
Rachel: You really think so?	レイチェル：ほんとにそう思う？
Ross: I really do.	ロス：あぁ。ほんとにそう思う。
Rachel: But I already told Zelner that I would come back...	レイチェル：あー、でもゼルナーさんに返事しちゃったからなぁ…。
Ross: (picks up a skull of some carnivore from his side table and puts it in the same bag in which he brought the pterodactyl egg to Zelner) I'm sure he'll understand.	ロス：（食肉動物の化石をバッグに入れる）　きっと彼はわかってくれるよ。
Rachel: All right. ALL RIGHT! I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go to Paris.	レイチェル：よし！　よーし！　私そうする。パリに行く。
Ross: Yeah...	ロス：うん…。
Rachel: Yeah! I'm going to Paris. Thank you, Ross!	レイチェル：うん！　パリに行く。ありがとう、ロス！
Ross: Yeah, yeah, oh! (They hug)	ロス：あぁ。　（ハグ）
Rachel: Oh! Oh, I'm so happy.	レイチェル：ほんと嬉しいな。
Ross: Then I'm happy too. (They're still hugging - fade out)	ロス：僕もだよ。　（ハグを続ける）
CLOSING CREDITS	エンディング
[Scene: Estelle's memorial service. Joey is giving a speech. Next to him is a blown op photograph of Estelle behind her desk and there's a man standing next to him.]	[エステルの告別式。ジョーイがスピーチをしている。ジョーイの横にエステルの写真がある。ジョーイの横に男が立っている。]
Joey: Thank you all for coming. We're here today to pay respects to a wonderful agent and a beautiful woman... (Joey looks at the photograph) ..inside. As Estelle's only two clients we would like to say a few words. (Joey looks for his notes. The man next to him is chewing something.) Dude, where's my speech? (the man swallows something and looks at Joey.) That is entertaining. Al Zebooker everybody. (he applauds and Al shows that there's nothing left in his mouth.)	ジョーイ：ようこそお越しくださいました。本日は素晴らしいエージェントであり、美しい…　（ジョーイは写真を見る）　心の美しいエステルの告別式です。我々はエステルの顧客でして、お別れの言葉を…　（ジョーイはメモを探す、横の男が何かを噛んでいる）　おい、俺のスピーチメモは？　（男は飲み込み、ジョーイを見る）　こりゃやられちゃったね。アル・ゼブッカーでしたー。　（ジョーイは拍手をする。アルは口の中に何もないことを見せる。）
